WEBHOOK
Triggered when an orchestration moves into the destination_transfer_failed sub-state. The conversion succeeded but the destination transfer could not be completed. This is a terminal state. The event object includes a transfer_id and ref_path field pointing to the failed transfer, which you can use to investigate the failure or surface details to the end user.
Webhook payloads contain only event metadata. Use the Get Event API with the event ID to retrieve full details.

Event Object Structure

The Get Event API returns an orchestration_status_details_change object, which includes status_details.destination_transfer_failed with transfer_id and ref_path.
See the Webhook Integration Guide to understand when to use granular status_details events versus the high-level orchestration.failed webhook.
