A payout group accrues rewards on a set of rewards wallets and pays out the accrued rewards to a specified destination address. Payout groups are chain-specific. If you monitor wallets on both Solana and Ethereum, you’ll need a payout group for each chain. You can create as many payout groups as needed to represent different product lines or customer segments.

Create a payout group

  1. Go to the Rewards Engine tab in the Paxos Dashboard.
  2. Click Create payout group.
  3. Enter:
    • Network
    • Destination address
    • (Optional) Name and jurisdiction designation
  4. Click Submit.
You can also create payout groups via the Create a payout group API.

Update or delete a payout group

You cannot delete a payout group if it is associated with rewards wallets that are currently being monitored. Instead, update the payout group with a new destination address, or move its associated wallets to a different group before deleting.
